Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients in person, while helping grow the local customer base.

Ideal candidates have active professional licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and 3+ years of tax filing experience using professional software. This role requires weekend onsite availability and a customer-first, community-focused mindset.

Qualificações

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, weekends, 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Assist with local community marketing to grow the client base.
