Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and fostering community relationships.

Role requires tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, 3+ years of filing 1040s, and willingness to work 20+ hours weekly in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects to build long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including deductions optimization and tax planning guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine support to help clients achieve financial goals.
