Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation and expert advice to customers, while growing the local client base and delivering a top-notch customer experience in a front-facing retail environment. The role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney), PTIN, and state licenses, with eligibility for part-time hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and opportunities for tax minimization.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships in-person and via Intuit tools.
