Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will serve in-person customers, provide full-service tax preparation, and offer tailored tax advice in everyday language.

Role includes growing the local client base, building lasting relationships, and leveraging marketing support to drive loyalty. Must live in the United States, with at least 3 years of tax return experience and active PTIN.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must hold a PTIN to file taxes.
• Possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ federal/state returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 regulations.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation, advice, and calculations for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions using government resources and team support.
• Build local relationships and represent TurboTax in the community.
