Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and support software usage while building lasting client relationships with local communities. This on-site, part-time role requires tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) where applicable, and may involve weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Comfortable working onsite and serving clients in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships in-store.
