Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team. You will work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving in-person customers who rely on TurboTax products.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, connecting with clients to understand their unique situations and grow a local client base with marketing support. This is a non-exempt, on-site role requiring at least 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage in local marketing and outreach to grow the client base.

Skills

EA/CPA/Attorney license

PTIN holder

Onsite tax prep experience

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
