Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation and advice, leveraging your tax expertise to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit's mission.

This non-exempt, onsite role requires at least 20 hours per week, weekends included.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and be the public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to grow the client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
