Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, helping customers with tax needs and software.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building relationships with local clients and growing TurboTax presence.

The role is non-exempt, requires onsite presence, at least 20 hours/week, and offers benefits and performance-based pay.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and represent TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships through professional interactions and local marketing support.
