Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, building trusted relationships and growing the client base in your local community.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires 20+ hours per week with potential for peak periods. You will be supported by TurboTax marketing resources and collaborate with a team of tax

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, 20+ hours per week.
• Knowledge of state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
• Experience with professional tax software and tax advisory guidance.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers, including personal and business tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service.
