Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to help customers navigate their tax needs and grow your local client base.

As a non-exempt, part-time role (minimum 20 hours per week), you’ll engage with the community, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing to build trust and prosperity for clients and your business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week; weekends possible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Discover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government sites, tools, and team expertise.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
