Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts in on-site locations across the United States. You will be the trusted advisor helping customers with tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support on TurboTax products.

You will engage with the local community, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships. This is a non-exempt on-site role requiring 20 hours/week minimum and may scale with demand.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing federal/state returns.
• Must be able to obtain/state licenses or bonds as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and handle front-facing interactions.
