Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support TurboTax products to help customers navigate their taxes.

This non-exempt, part-time role requires 20 hours per week onsite, including weekends. You’ll grow the local client base and collaborate with a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ returns/season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week, Sundays through Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in clear, everyday language using available resources.
