Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, offering full-service tax return preparation, tax advice and software support to in-person customers. You’ll build relationships, grow the local client base, and foster trust through community engagement and proactive outreach.

Role is non-exempt, onsite, with 20+ hours/week and potential for bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite TurboTax retail environment.
Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays through Saturdays, ~20+ hours/week.
Interest in local/community presence and content creation; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
Conduct discovery sessions, identify deductions, and deliver tax planning guidance.
Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
Engage with the community, lead local marketing activities, and expand the client base.
