Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building local relationships and growing the client base with TurboTax marketing support.

The role emphasizes community engagement, customer-first service, and the ability to explain tax concepts in everyday language, with assignments on a part-time, front-facing retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
