Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and delivering a superior customer experience.

You’ll collaborate with a team of tax professionals, leverage marketing resources, and engage with the community to build trust and lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax resources.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, weekends and part-time possible.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing is beneficial.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers (simple to complex).
• Lead community outreach and local marketing efforts to grow TurboTax client base.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, tools, and team expertise.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience, building trust for long-term relationships.
