Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare taxes, offer tax advice, and support customers with TurboTax software while building relationships in your local community.

This role emphasizes in-person service, a strong tax knowledge base, and the ability to grow a client base through proactive outreach and marketing support, with a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax retail or flagship locations.
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish communication.
• Experience with tax preparation software and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients maximize refunds.
• Build local relationships and grow TurboTax client base through community engagement.
