Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working on-site at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
