Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and strong relationships in your community. The role emphasizes community engagement, a proactive marketing mindset, and delivering best-in-class customer service in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state 1040s per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax guidelines.
• Able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, including weekends.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine care for clients' financial goals.
• Support local marketing efforts with TurboTax resources and tools to grow the client base.
