Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States, helping customers with in-person tax needs and building a local client base. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, leveraging government resources and team expertise to communicate complex tax topics in everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, for 20 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and genuine interest in customers' financial goals.
