Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will engage with customers in-person, grow the local client base, and work with marketing support to build a thriving community presence, all while delivering top-tier tax advice and support. This role requires onsite availability and a customer-first mindset.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning advice.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise in clear, everyday language.
