Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, guiding clients through their unique tax situations in everyday language.

This on-site, non-exempt role emphasizes community engagement, local outreach, and building lasting client relationships with marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA license or attorney status with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN must be current and eligible for tax filings.
• State licenses or permits required or obtainable.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s with software
• Familiarity with Circular 230 guidance
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours/week
• Ability to build local client relationships and a community presence

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Assist clients with deductions, planning, and amendments.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive local client growth.
• Engage with community and participate in local marketing efforts.
