Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will deliver tax return preparation, advice, and software support while building local relationships and growing the client base in your community.

You will work on-site, with a focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience and leveraging TurboTax resources to empower clients toward financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN eligible and able to file taxes legally.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full return preparation.
• Identify deductions, plan tax strategy, and explain results.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow community presence.
