Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. In this role you will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, applying your tax knowledge to their unique situations.

You will help grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, develop relationships, and partner with marketing resources to reach new clients.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain related state licenses/certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of paid federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 preferred.
• Onsite presence at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver tax solutions in clear, everyday language using available resources.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build community relationships with marketing support.
