Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts in California locations. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers, aiming to grow TurboTax's local client base and deliver a best-in-class experience.

This non-exempt, front-facing role requires 20+ hours weekly, Sunday through Saturday, with a compensation package including 401(k), PTO, and equity rewards.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Must have or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public-facing ambassador.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation.
• Assist with tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Use government sites and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build trust.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
• Address client inquiries and help with tax-related challenges.
