Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in California. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base.

The role emphasizes customer service, community engagement, and building long-term relationships with clients. Qualifed candidates have tax credentials or strong tax filing experience, and must be able to work a front-facing retail schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred or equivalent tax expertise.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing multiple federal/state tax returns.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax Retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advisory services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts and nurture new client relationships in the community.
• Deliver an exceptional in-person customer experience and handle inquiries.
