Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTaxRetail or Flagship locations across the United States, including California.

You’ll provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client bases and trusted community relationships. You will engage with customers face-to-face, leverage marketing support, and help grow TurboTax’s presence in the community, driving loyalty and prosperity for clients and yourself

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador by representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects to convert them into clients.
• Lead and participate in local marketing efforts to make taxes approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across personal and business needs.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, maximize deductions, and provide future tax planning guidance.
• Utilize government sites and professional tools with team support to deliver precise solutions.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine care for clients' financial goals.
• Build long-term relationships and refer clients to TurboTax resources and campaigns.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
• Address inquiries while helping clients overcome tax challenges.
