Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while engaging with the community and growing a local client base.

The role requires on-site presence, 20+ hours per week, and offers a base pay range for California of $32.50–$36.00 per hour, with potential bonuses and benefits. Bilingual skills are a plus and a uniform is required.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses or bonds may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Represent TurboTax in the local community as a storefront ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Assist with local marketing and outreach to grow client base.
