Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to assist customers in a flagship or retail location in California, delivering hands-on tax preparation and guidance. You will engage with clients, build relationships, and grow a local client base while ensuring accuracy and a positive customer experience.

The role is on-site, requires 20+ hours per week, and offers competitive pay, benefits, and bonus opportunities. Compliance with licensing and uniform expectations applies.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and engage with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across personal and business scenarios.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience through professional service and building long-term trust with clients.
