Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking talented TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at our California TurboTax Retail locations. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and help clients maximize refunds while guiding them through tax planning.

This year-round, on-site role emphasizes community engagement and a superior customer experience. The position requires an active tax license (EA/CPA/Attorney), 3+ years of filing experience, and willingness to work weekend hours in a retail

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA/Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related compliance requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal/state).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax returns for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in a retail setting and engage with the local community.
