Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, including California.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support TurboTax software while delivering a positive, stress-free client experience. You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, cultivate long-term relationships, and collaborate with a team of tax professionals.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Represent TurboTax in community events and local marketing efforts.
• Use TurboTax tools and guidance to deliver accurate tax solutions.
