Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in California TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in-person, acting as a trusted advisor within the community.

This on-site role emphasizes local outreach, converting prospects into long-term clients, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. A qualified candidate holds an active EA/CPA/attorney license, PTIN, and at least 3 years of return

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess/state licenses or bonds as required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community engagement and referrals.
• Assist customers on-site using TurboTax products and software.
