Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail teams as Retail Experts at on-site locations across the United States, including California. You will work with customers in-person, providing tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building a local client base.

This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes community engagement and customer service, with opportunities to grow your practice through marketing support and referrals, while leveraging Intuit resources

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN must be active to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds as applicable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 requirements.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax at local locations.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
