Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts in California to guide customers through tax preparation and planning at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide hands-on tax services, connect with the local community, and leverage marketing support to grow your client base.

The role requires a state license or eligibility, PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax filing experience. On-site presence is essential, with a flexible weekend schedule and uniform requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging prospects and building relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and turn clients into long-term relationships.
