Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, including California. You will prepare taxes, provide tax advice, and help grow the local client base while delivering exceptional service in person.

The role requires an active tax license (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and strong knowledge of tax law. You will engage with the community, support marketing efforts, and work in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts and build long-term client relationships.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
