Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships. As a community ambassador, you will lead outreach, drive client acquisition, and leverage marketing resources to grow a loyal customer base within your neighborhood.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license required.
• PTIN in good standing for filing taxes.
• State licenses/certificates or bonds must be obtainable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience with professional software.
• Circular 230 familiarity is preferred.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location in the U.S. 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Occupy a community ambassador role, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a front-facing setting.
