Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers, serving as a trusted advisor and helping families navigate tax season with confidence.

As a community ambassador, you will grow TurboTax's local presence, engage prospects, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have active EA/CPA/Attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building a local/online TurboTax Expert presence.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
• Grow local client base and referrals with marketing support.

Skills
