Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role involves on-site tax preparation, advice, and helping customers navigate their tax needs.

You will build local client relationships, contribute to community outreach, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and drive client loyalty.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.
