Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at our Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

This role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service to help customers navigate their tax needs, on-site. As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, build relationships, and grow the local TurboTax client base in collaboration with

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location, weekends and part-time hours.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and building long-term client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client care.
