Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

These on-site roles focus on tax expertise, client relationships, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs with TurboTax. You will provide in-person tax support, complete simple to complex returns, and contribute to growing Intuit’s local client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
