Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing the local client base.

You will engage the community, build relationships, and participate in marketing efforts. The role emphasizes frontline service, trust, and helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and building relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and support local marketing efforts.
