Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking a responsive store leader to supervise crew, oversee daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with stocking, receiving, and daily opening/closing procedures, while acting as Manager on Duty when required. The role requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with college experience preferred and a minimum of 1 year of management experience.

• College experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal interaction and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure service excellence.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep floor updated.
