Five Below, Inc. is hiring for a store leadership role focused on managing daily store operations and delivering WOW customer service. You will supervise crew, train associates, oversee receiving and stocking, and handle opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operation.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling and weekend work are expected; benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Wow customers with personal contact; train crew on the BEST service and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and related processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning, stockroom upkeep and general tidiness.
