Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Able to coach and develop associates in real time.
• Strong communicator and adaptable to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Partner with Store Manager to execute plans and drive results.
• Perform opening/closing routines and manage daily operations.
• Provide coaching, feedback and accountability to team members.
• Maintain safety, standards and store appearance.
