Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth across the store. You will lead a team of associates, coach performance, and ensure execution of daily operations with a focus on service and brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and a customer-first mindset, with flexibility to work peak shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading retail teams.
• Experience delivering customer experiences and operational results in a fast-paced store.
• Experience in a supervisory role in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled and address customer experience or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execute operations.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and implement directives.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates.
• Lead in-store selling with product knowledge and customer connections.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety, store standards and visual appearance.
