Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Service oriented Supervisor to collaborate with the Store Manager to develop associates and deliver consistent customer experiences across the store. You will help drive growth by guiding daily operations, coaching staff, and modeling strong product knowledge and selling behaviors.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and adaptability; able to coach in-the-moment.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to lead customer experience and store operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to drive action plans and execute operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain store visuals and policies.
