Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, open to feedback, and able to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to implement action plans and drive results.
• Perform opening/closing routines, bank deposits, shipments, and communicate company directives.
• Set daily/shift goals and provide feedback to managers and teams.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Coach and motivate associates to improve selling and customer service.
• Maintain safety, store standards and visual appearance.
