Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be a brand ambassador and help drive growth across the store while ensuring operational excellence and a strong customer focus.

The role emphasizes coaching, hiring, and training teammates, with responsibilities including opening/closing routines, and maintaining a safe, engaging store environment. Evening/weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail preferred.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to coach teams.
• Willingness to work peak days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans for results and execution.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team as associates arrive.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers on performance.
