Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled and address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans to improve results and execute operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead outstanding in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
