Bath & Body Works is seeking a Store Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll lead a team, drive sales, and ensure daily operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will mentor staff, manage opening/closing tasks, and maintain visual standards while prioritizing guest satisfaction and brand standards. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team for improving results.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Set daily shift direction and goals for associates.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personal recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability.
