• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience or operations.
• Support action plans with Sales Leadership Team for results improvement.
• Execute opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily/shift goals for the team.
• Provide performance feedback to managers and teams.
• Model selling behaviors and product knowledge to enhance customer experiences.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
